I am a bridge builder between the human and technological worlds, a leader who has made transformation a way of life.
Very early on, I forged my path within high-level international companies, assuming leadership roles at Wal-Mart Canada, Best Buy Canada, and Bell. These years in the field gave me a fine understanding of customer, team, and system behavior, while reinforcing a deep conviction: an organization only truly grows when the humans who compose it are placed at the center of decisions.
This common thread led me to found RIVEST Co, a firm dedicated to strategic transformation and leadership elevation, where I accompany executives and teams through major shifts in growth, efficiency, and culture. With Talent Profile, I designed a development tool that allows for a better understanding of individuals' strengths, motivations, and areas of genius to align talents with the right mission. In parallel, I developed True Self, a guided introspection space that helps people reconnect with their deep identity, values, and life vision.
The true turning point occurred when I became President and CEO of Segway Technologies Canada. At the head of an international brand anchored in technology and innovation, I found myself at the heart of transformation, recovery, and strategic repositioning challenges. It was in this context that I dove into the heart of business process automation, data, and artificial intelligence, discovering how these levers, when used with awareness and vision, can free up time, reduce friction, and give back to humans what they do best: create, decide, innovate.
Today, I transmit this experience through my coaching and conferences, where I teach the fundamentals of business automation and the judicious use of AI. I don't talk about technology for technology's sake, but about systems in the service of humans, of leaders who learn to know themselves, refocus, and build organizations aligned with who they truly are. Between introspection and performance, strategy and meaning, I invite every person I meet to undertake this journey toward their true nature, to then transform their company from the inside out.
